1. How to Add Flatfee Email to Whitelist Guide
1.1. QQ Mail
1.1.1. Set Email Address Whitelist
After adding an email address to the whitelist, messages from this address will not be affected by anti-spam rules, ensuring that you will always receive emails from it.
Setup method:
(1) In "Mailbox Settings" → "Anti-Spam" → "Whitelist", click "Set Email Address Whitelist".
(2) Enter the full address, such as “help@flatfeecorp.com” and “flatfee@flatfeecorp.com”, then click the "Add to Whitelist" button.
1.1.2. Set Email Domain Whitelist
After adding a domain to the whitelist, messages from any mailbox under this domain will not be affected by anti-spam rules, ensuring you receive emails from all addresses under the same domain.
Setup method:
(1) In "Mailbox Settings" → "Anti-Spam" → "Whitelist", click "Set Domain Whitelist".
(2) Enter the domain “flatfeecorp.com”, then click the "Add to Whitelist" button.
1.2. Outlook Mail
1.2.1. Software Version
Log in to https://outlook.com, click the small gear icon at the top right, click Options → Blocked Junk Email → Safe Senders and Blocked Senders → Safe Senders, and in the safe senders or domains section, enter the email domain “flatfeecorp.com” and save.
1.2.2. Web Version
Log in to https://outlook.com, click the Gear icon in the top right, click Mail, click Junk Email, find Safe Senders, click the + icon to add the email domain “flatfeecorp.com”, and save.
1.3. Google Mail
Step 1: Open Gmail, click "Create Filter" on the right side of the search bar.
Step 2: In "From", find "Sender Email" and add “help@flatfeecorp.com” and “flatfee@flatfeecorp.com”, then click "Next Step".
Step 3: Check "Never send it to Spam" and click "Create Filter".
Step 4: The filter has been successfully created.
